Clean rooms , Reasonable price, , , very close to airport, shuttle every 30 min to air train . If u have too much luggage for air tram a Cab can be booked direct to terminal. Desk staff was very helpful. This was the 1 st time we stayed overnight for a 7:00 am flight. When I sent questions they replied promptly with the answers & good advice ! No food on premise but we walked to Hilton & had a nice meal , some exercise & fresh air . Thank you all

2nd time staying at the hotel due to an early flight out in the morning. Hotel is always clean and the staff are friendly. Being able to leave your vehicle for a week is very convenient. Shuttle to the airport is always on time. We did wait more than 30 mins for the return when we got back but it wasn't too bad. Just booked again for our next trip.

Decent, affordable hotel for a quick overnight before an early morning flight or after a late night flight at Newark. Nothing too fancy, but the price was right and it met our needs for $125. Free breakfast in the morning was a perk. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shuttle to/from the airport was nice, too.

This hotel’s service is exceptional! Even days prior to check in they send a personal text with communication welcoming you and providing details on your stay and their parking offer to clarify how it works with your air travel and to keep you on time. You literally have a direct texting with a trained employee if you have questions-not a robot! It is a great deal keeps it stress free! In addition, they reach day of check in to tie lose ends if you need more info. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgable as well. Rooms are up to date and clean. Never experienced such polite and informative communication and assistance.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Newark, NJ, and I have to say, I was really impressed! I noticed some great changes — everything looked fresh and well-kept. The staff was super friendly and on point with their hospitality, which made a big difference. My room was spotless and completely smoke-free (a huge plus for me!). Before checking out, the General Manager actually came up to me and my fiancé to ask how our stay was. Even though we were only there for one night, she was so attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. Overall, we had a great stay and I’d absolutely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back!

Came to newark for a work trip. I did not expect too much from an Holiday Inn but honestly Everything about my stay was great. Front desk lady Gianny i believe it’s her name but i can’t quite remember, was a great help and was very nice ! After a long flight when I got to the hotel late at night my phone was on a 2%,The hotel unfortunately did not have any chargers for sale but she offered her charger and i was able to charge my phone at the lobby for the next day! Breakfast buffet was also good and shuttle service was on time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Missed a flight but ended up having a great stay. The shuttle runs every half hour and was super convenient. The room was spotless, service was excellent, and the absolute highlight was the shuttle driver — such a top-notch guy! Friendly, professional, and really made our day. Would happily stay here again.

We did a quick reservation for this hotel for an event we had in Elizabeth NJ. It was just an overnight stay. My first disappointment was finding a lot of parking spots covered by dirty snow, few weeks after the storm. Not acceptable. Especially when I am paying $20 per day for the parking space. The first room provided had an air conditioner unit louder than an industrial refrigerator. After a request, front desk, very polite, provided another room. We appreciated that. The service was good in general. The second room provided was good and clean. The complementary coffee is good. I didn’t have the opportunity of enjoying the complementary breakfast. The bed was ok. Too firm for our taste. In general, I will give them another opportunity if I visit that area again.
